well back pains are generally located and caused do to spinal stress my advice to you is to maybe just take in easy avoid any kind of lifting or bending of any type. umm give that a week and get back to me.

ummm i am a doctor for one, try not to insult me with ur harsh remarks. i graduated at the top of my class and my blog is currently being followed by 4 people ok!!! i'm pretty serious around here!
